Delivery Information

We are experience high demand

Due to high demand we are experiencing some delays in processing orders and inquiry response times may be delayed on account of our high volume.

  • You may experience a delay in receiving your email shipment notification. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause
  • Our delivery partner Australian post is experiencing delivery delays due to high volume of parcels in their network as more people are shopping online. At this stage it may take a few more days than standard time frames outlined below.

  • Australian deliveries are usually within 7-14 days from when the order was placed, this may alter slightly depending on the season. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Deliveries may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, which will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to the door.

Authority to leave

If you are not home your parcel will be left at your front door with no signature required

(one plus one cannot be held liable for any specific delivery instruction left for the carrier)

Delivery overview

Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100. Free shipping will be automatically applied to all shopping baskets over $100.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of time of order however there may be delays during busy periods (including sales).

If you have not received your order within 10 business days from dispatch, please contact our customer care team on at [email protected]  or call between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday AEST so that we can assist you.

Please note: if you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the next business day, after which your tracking will be enabled.

Delivery process

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking details relating to your order.

You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made by the courier, they will leave a calling card for you. You have the option to sign this giving authorisation for your order to be left unattended if you are not home at the next delivery attempt.

If you select to have your order delivered without a signature, you will need to provide instructions at checkout of the secure location where your parcel can be left. Risk and title in the goods pass to the recipient upon delivery of the goods to your nominated delivery address.

Tracking your order

Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

You can also track the status of your order for Australia post or for toll.

Lost or damaged goods

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. One plus one is not liable for any costs associated with re-sending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days for Australian deliveries, from the date of your order or is damaged in transit, please email us [email protected]il.com or call 0260 243 423 between 9.00am – 5pm Monday to Friday AEST so that we can assist you.

Change of mind policy

  • Items are non-refundable where you have simply changed your mind about products purchased, abiding by the Australian Consumer Law
  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Non-refundable items

  • Due to hygiene restrictions, earrings are ineligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • All labels and swing tags must still be attached
  • Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment and may take 2-3 working days to show in your account
  • Any postage charges are excluded from refunds
  • Items are returned before 30 days from the date of purchase

Providing the conditions in our refund & exchange policies have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

Make sure you have filled in a Customer Returns Form available on-line. Items remain the responsibility of the purchaser until the items are received by One Plus One. Orders made by PayPal will be refunded on credit cards so ensure you enter all details on customer Return Form.

If you are choosing to mail your return you must include the receipt in your parcel & indicate the reason for the return or exchange.

Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your stator rights (Consumer Laws returns refund)

  • Not ‘of merchantable quality’ meaning that is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purpose

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a One Plus One Fashion Gift Card for the same value of the item, One Plus One is happy to exchange or give you this instead of a refund.

Gift Card policy

  • One Plus One is not legally obliged to give refunds on the purchase price or any Gift Card, or exchange them, simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase. Purchases on gift cards must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • There is no exchange of Gift cards for cash, nor any refunds to be given on debit Cards.
  • if you return the items purchased with gift cards you will receive a credit back on a gift card equivalent to the purchase price of the items.

When does change of mind differ?

This is when the item has a major problem:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
